A loop, not a one-off
- 1 UnderstandSuccess agreed
- 2 PlanPlan signed off
- 3 DeliverGo or no-go per stage
- 4 Embed & supportHand-over complete
Then repeat for the next pilot, rollout or launch, building on what worked.
Why a loop
- Small steps, early results. You see working output after each stage, not only at the end.
- A checkpoint after every step. You decide whether to continue, change course or stop.
- Each cycle gets faster. Plans, guardrails and playbooks are reused for the next piece of work.
We start with your goals and the people involved.
We talk to leaders and to the people who will use, support or sell the result. We review your systems, data and processes, and agree what success looks like and how we will measure it.
2
Plan
We agree scope, owners and measures before work starts.
You get a written plan: what we will deliver, who owns each part, the main risks and how we will manage them. For AI work it sets guardrails and where people stay in control. For a launch it sets audiences, messages and readiness checks.
3
Deliver
We work in stages and show results early.
We pilot, implement or launch alongside your team, test against agreed criteria and report progress against the plan. Each stage ends with a clear decision on what comes next, based on evidence.
4
Embed & support
We make sure the results last after go-live.
Training, documentation and hand-over so your team can run things on its own. If you need us, we stay on for ongoing support, enhancements and further rollouts.
Principles we hold ourselves to
Safe by design
Security, privacy and human oversight are part of the plan from day one.
Evidence over hype
We agree measures up front and report results honestly, including what did not work.
You own it
Configurations, content, code and know-how are handed over in full.
